Dr. Brandon Scott is very professional and knows his field and answers questions with a customer friendly demeanor. I was in very capable hands for a root canal procedure and it was painless and I felt that it is a good job done. I definitely would go back if I had any other future dental issue. "Dr. Scott performed a root canal on my molar. His assistant, Raven, promised that the only pain would be a minor sting from the Lidocaine numbing shot. She was spot on—no pain. In and out in about an hour. No more toothache. He is a master at his craft."

"Highly recommend Memphis Endodontics in Bartlett! The staff are the best I’ve encountered. Patty at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Jennifer, the Dental Assistant, was very knowledgeable and so sweet. She recommended earbuds -which I’d never thought of - and that made a huge impact in lessening my anxiety over the visit. Dr. McCreary is fantastic, he took the time to talk me through options and what to expect, and the procedure itself was a breeze. "I was referred to Dr. Wells by a top dentist in Memphis. I live in Chicago but am in the area working but would travel back here if needed for a root canal or any other tooth issues I may have, now or in the future. I could not have gotten luckier. "Dr Kevin Wells was amazing performing my root canal. I was petrified going in, having heard so many horror stories. He explained everything to me what he was doing during the procedure which was very comforting. His assistant calmed me, as well. I hope it's the only root canal I'll ever have, but if I have another one I'll definitely go to him again. I felt so good after that I put together a lawn mower, cut the yard, cleaned the gutters, washed a car and went to see a movie. Thanks, Dr Wells, and thanks also to your staff."

When I met Dr. Wells, he wanted to know about my bad experience and was so understanding. He explained the procedure to me and I was surprised the procedure was painless and took little time. "So my dentist recommended a couple places I ended choosing Memphis Endodontics the East Memphis location..I will say the staff was very nice. I was very nervous never had a root canal before.. "The staff & Dr.Cane were AWESOME ! I was terrified of getting a root canal, but everyone was so welcoming.Dr.Cane was very gentle and informative! I like the fact that he told me step by step what he was doing so that I could brace myself. The ladies at the front desk were AWESOME , so sweet and patient! I can't remember their names but they seemed like they enjoy their job and helping people. If I had to I would definitely return to this location. "Dr. Cain performed my root canal and explained each step before doing it which helped ease my anxiety. He and his staff were quick and efficient but thorough. It was easily the least stressful dental procedure I’ve had (as far as other root canals and cavities go), which I never thought I’d say about a root canal! Not that I want another reason to ever go back (haha), but if I had to I’d not hesitate to come back again!"

"I just had my first root canal at 38 on one of my front teeth that hurt so bad, and I was utterly terrified. Dr. Mc Creary explained everything as he went, it was TOTALLY painless! It went so well, I was asking when I could come in to take care of another tooth that will need one soon. He took away 30 years of dental terror. Also want to add that Scarlett in the front office is so kind and helpful- she answered all my questions and helped me navigate my insurance so patiently. No one wants a root canal, but if you need one, THIS is where to go!"

"I was referred to Dr. Cain through my primary family dentist based on some unclear x-rays. Dr. Cain explained what he saw and advised that I needed a root canal for a tooth that had a root canal done improperly at a prior family dentist years ago. Dr. Cain was able to perform the root canal and save my crown. I was highly impressed with his work and did not feel any pain throughout the process. "I was sent by my dentist when he was unable to complete my root canal due to calcification. It took a few attempts but Dr. Harris was able to do it without me having to go to oral surgeon. I have problematic teeth and I’m accustomed to dental procedures. I was so impressed with both Dr. Harris and the staff! "I went to Dr. McCreary for an evaluation of a tooth to see if a root canal was necessary and it was. Today I had the root canal and it was a very good experience. His staff is very kind and as is he. The best part, NO PAIN at all. I am terrified of the dentist and this was the best experience. He gives you something to bite on to rest your jaw as he does the work so your jaw is not sore at all when you are done. The gum was not sore from the injections. Highly recommend!"

"To the person who left the one star, I am in the dental profession, and just so you know when you see a specialist, like Dr. McCreary, it is protocol to place a temporary filling, and then the patient returns to the actual General D.D.S. to place the permanent, this allows time to be sure everything went well. Also the Root canals you had before may have been by a General dentist and that is why they placed the permanent, it is the General dentist responsibility to evaluate whether the tooth needs a permanent fill or crown, just thought I would share this information with you."

"I’ve seen him twice about old failed root canals. He’s honest He will do work that in his medical opinion believes needs to be done, but if he doesn’t think it needs to be done, he won’t do it. He has integrity and character. That is important to me. One of my 25year old root canals I scheduled for a retreat...which is reasonable...I’d seen 4 different dentists regarding 3 teeth in the past 2 years. He did a 3d X-ray and said that the tooth was not the problem. He said I should see an ENT for the recurring issues. He did not charge for that visit. I was amazed. He could have retreated the root canal and recommend an ENT. But he said I probably wouldn’t feel better by retreating the old root canal. He said we could just keep an eye on it. ...every 6 months or so. "

"I had an abscessed tooth and needed urgent dental care due to intense pain. I am new to the area and did not have a primary dentist yet. Dr. Wells managed to squeeze me into his schedule though I had not yet gotten medical confirmation that I was a candidate for a root canal. The only discomfort I felt, albeit very slight, was from a shot that needed to be administered to the roof of my mouth. This was miniscule compared to the throbbing in my tooth. Surely he prevented me from an ER visit. "

Our patients are always satisfied and the work is impeccable. Plus the office staff are a joy to work with when coordinating patient care ( you would be surprised at how rare that is.)"
