Dr. Cain is a native of Memphis, TN who earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is married to Laura Hill Cain, who also grew up in Memphis and works as a dental hygienist. In his free time, Dr. Cain enjoys spending time outdoors with Laura and their dog, traveling, hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Tennessee Vols.
Dr. Cain graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, where he received the Dean's Leadership Award and was inducted into both the Richard Doggett Dean Honor Society and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He then pursued his specialty training at the University of Florida, earning a certificate in endodontics and a master of science degree. During his residency, Dr. Cain was recognized with the AAE/Dentsply Sirona Award for his research presentation at the national AAE (American Association of Endodontics) meeting. He is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics, the American Dental Association, and the Tennessee Dental Association.
Michelle in the Collierville office and Dr Cain went above and beyond to help me out. I was in a lot of discomfort and needed to get a tooth evaluated and treated so I could go back to work. They saved me a lot of time, money, and discomfort and it is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone in need of endodontics.
Dr. Cain and his staff were fantastic! I was completely numb the whole time and he was super informative. His staff was kind and welcoming, as everyone knows the dentist can be a place of anxiety even for adults. 10/10 recommend for all your endodontic needs!
I had some curved roots on a tooth that needed a root canal and Dr. Cain took care of it for me. It was fast and painless. He was very calm and friendly, and explained each part of the process. All the other staff were friendly and helpful. This is the place to be if you need a root canal.
Dr. Christian Cain is absolutely wonderful! I was a little nervous but once they started the root canal it was like the smoothest sailing anyone could ask for! I cannot recomment this fellow enough and he's a great guy! Thank the Lord we have people like him on the planet and thank you Memphis Endodontics for a job well done!
Memphis Endodontics is the absolute BEST!! The front desk staff Tara and Staci will greet you with smiles and efficiency! They make the check-in process easy and work very hard to prevent duplication of paperwork. They remind you of your visit in advance and verify your insurance coverage, so there are no surprise charges on the day of treatment. Dr. Christian Cain performed services for me on two occasions and is very thorough and detailed in his work and explanations of treatment. I would recommend the East location, Mt. Moriah team for your Endodontics needs!
