Dr. Dagen grew up in Millington, TN, and has called Memphis home since attending Rhodes College, where he earned his bachelor of science in biology. He is married to Hannah, a Louisiana native who works as an occupational therapist at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The Dagens have two children, James and Meredith, and a beloved dog named Pete, who is very much part of the family. In his free time, Dr. Dagen enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking vacations, and cheering on his favorite sports teams — the Memphis Grizzlies, Memphis Tigers, and New Orleans Saints.
Dr. Dagen completed dental school at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, graduating with honors and being inducted into the Richard Doggett Dean Odonatological Society. After six years in private practice, he returned to the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry to complete his endodontic residency. Dr. Dagen is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontics, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the Memphis Dental Society.
